I have extensive experience over the past decade with job seekers, career explorers, and working professionals (including many foreign-trained ones) experiencing career and life transitions. I have worked with hundreds of people facing a broad range of challenges, including career management and development, job loss, low self-confidence, professional relationship conflict and immigration.

I have seen it again and again: Instead of the best candidate getting the job, it's the one who is best at interviewing.

I have seen people with impeccable work ethics who were never acknowledged or promoted for their immense contributions to their companies and subsequently left their jobs.

I believe in positively changing the course of people’s career lives through goal setting, purposeful action and strategic networking. I am a certified career development practitioner who brings over 16 years of experience in coaching, recruiting and business management to cultivate change and innovation in the human services, food, construction and not-for -profit sectors. I have certification in career and cross-cultural counselling, HR management, Personality Dimensions®, the Emotional Quotient Inventory, Implicit Career® Search, Virginia Satir’s Transformational Systemic Therapy Level I and II, and business administration. As well, I am a current member of the BC Career Development Association and the BC Organizational Development Network.
